Emphasis placed on hardware installation, maintenance, mobile devices, and hardware troubleshooting. Helps prepare students for the CompTIA A+ examinations. Prerequisites: None.

Explore advanced technical aspects of maintaining and servicing computers. Emphasis placed on OS installation, maintenance, mobile devices, security, software troubleshooting, and on proper usage of tools, safety procedures, and professionalism. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in ALT100, or ESL202, or appropriate reading placement, or permission of Instructor.
